Default Front Drive Shaft Vibration

Had my front shaft rebuilt back in January, everything was fine except a slight vibration around 70 mph on the highway. Well I am just getting around to taking it off to verify the vibration to be the shaft. My question is the 4 bolts on the rear at the TC, do these bolts come all the way off? I know they will but seems that some other components will have to be pulled for this to happen. Is this the case? They seem fairly secure leaving them be, but will they fly off on the highway for the vibration test?

Thanks

I can't remember exactly. The bolts are too long and hit the TC before you can get them out of the flange right? I must have left them in there. At the most, I might have put the nuts back on, but I'm not sure.
