did you grease the centering ball before installation? bring it to a drive line shop they will take care of it no prob

I called a drive shaft shop here in Denver. He threw 10 of them away last month.... great.... He said you will have to get one off an old drive shaft and to call around to your local drive shaft shops and see if they have an old core. I will do that after work and see if I can find two.....

I found a place in denver who said had 6 of them. I can't go down until monday. If they are the right part I will buy you and and mail it to you.

the part number for that seal is N2-86-418 from a company called NEAPCO

Please let me know once you've confirmed they fit. Neapco lists it in their catalog as for 1310 and up series.
When I called them a couple years ago they said they didn't make them for the 1300 series.

I just sent a boot to JARRCR. I'm not going to tear my shaft apart again just to put a new boot in there. I will wait until I have to again. JARRCR might be installing his, so we can find out from him if it's the right size or not. The shaft shop sounded confident it was the right boot. He told me he rebuilds about one a month.
