Default Front Passenger Lock

I have a 2004 Disco and the front passenger door lock stopped working electronically. I can push it down manually and unlock it with the interior door handle. What could be the problem and is it something I can do myself?

Thanks

Yes, very easy fix and very common. It's a bad actuator, and I've replaced 2 already. You can get cheap used ones at roverland.com.

Do a search for 'door actuator'. Lots of threads with lots of help. I bought mine on roverland as well, for 100$ but just saw one on ebay 5min ago for 50.
