Default Frost Magnet

I'm going to have to throw up some photos here, I'm feeling like I could be losing it...

Its freaking cold up here in Canada now...and I don't know about everyone else but my Disco for some reason attracts all the frost on my block from all the other cars onto itself.
Everybody has a frozen windshield to scrape in the morning, but for me..and only me...my entire vehicle is covered in frost and kinda doesn't leave all day.
Nobody elses car is covered the way mine is

I'm just curious if other people find this normal behavior.

My door lock is stuck every morning too, and my roof has a leak...I know I've got some work to do there but I'm starting to think maybe the whole thing needs some insulation re-done.

Your location and/or interior, is humid. Are you parked near your natural gas chimney?

Maybe ALOO MINI UM skin of a Rover has different cold weather characteristics than the Chinese steel other vehicles are made of?

It has definitely felt like a wetter winter here so far...the air is moist for sure..
I park on the street since I can't fit underground anymore, not near any chimneys or anything else.
If the interior of a vehicle wasn't properly sealed or insulated...would that affect the exterior though?

Mine is the other way everyone else is frosted up and I am fine, I do have a bit of tree cover and drive everyday. Also Fraser Valley so less humidity.

interesting, never heard of this, give your car a good clean inside and out maybe even a good wax job or full detail, and get leaks repaired

Put some WD40 in the door locks to displace any moisture. Wax it to get the moisture to bead up/go elsewhere.

It looks like you’re also in British Columbia. I’m in Kelowna and I don’t think my Disco or P38 ice up any worse than any other vehicle. One of them usually parks in the garage but the other one is outside.
