Default Frozen Rear Axle nut...... help!!!

I have been trying to remove the rear axle nut on a 2001 Disco that is absolutely frozen.
I have tried penetrating fluids, heat, a 6 foot breaker bar and I have even drilled the nut in half and applied heat and penetrating fluids but the bugger will not let loose.
The nut is rounded out to a certain extent now.

I have pulled off the caliper and rotor and I am wondering..... If I buy a puller to remove the hub would the axle shaft come out along with the hub?

Thanks in advance.
Paul

Yep, even my Husky electric impact gun had no problem with the hub nut.

Soak it in penetrating oil first.

If that fails, I'd use a cutting wheel on a Dremel to cut it off.

Thank you for your replies.
I have tried all of the suggestions and even went a step further and drilled the axle/stake nut.......
I'll just have to try whacking the hub from behind and try to get it to budge.......
Unless i can get that stake nut off I won't be able to use a puller....

I'll keep you posted.

How hot did you get that thing. Red hot? Usually red hot (not the hot sauce) and an impact gun should do the trick.

You said it's rounded, may be time to consider cutting it off.

I don't know how you can round a 32mm nut, that's impressive.
