Default Frustrating day

I can't fit the rover in my garage. It was 2 degrees this morning, but warmed up to 8. I pulled it in as far as I could and put on my warm bibs and started to work on changing the coil packs. I had everything apart but could not get the upper IM out. Nothing I did helped. Multiple trips inside to look at the shop manual on my computer. I put it back together so I could get it out of the garage. Maybe I'll try again on a warmer day. Bad day.

How far off is it? Have you tried deflating the tires to a super low PSI and trying to fit it in?

I have an OME lift and a Roof Rack. It will never go in the garage again.

I hear that. When I back up to the garage I can't even open my rear door into the garage. Good luck!

A quad cab 4x4 Ford F150 is starting to sound pretty good about now.

upper plenum 8 bolts in the intake and two on the coil bracket. six down the center and one on each end in the center.
The rear bolt is cover by the coil bracket, the front bolt is just below the notch on the plenum. everything else is a plug of hose clamp.

I had them all. I could raise the upper IM about an inch and then it would stop. I'll work on it again later in the week when it warms up. We're expecting a heat wave and it may actually get above freezing by Friday.

My guess is you missed a connector, Aside from the blatanly obvious ones there's the TB harness and IAC harness that don't stick out too much. You pretty much just need to raise it over the 1/4 in pegs on the lower intake and you can slide it forward clear of the heater hoses and other stuff over the top of it.

Yeah, I don't know where you are. But down here in Denver, we rarely have to deal with a week of sub-freezing. In 10 years, I haven't had to deal with this crap. I'm pissed. I want a refund.
