Assuming you have a petrol D2, the only filter is the strainer (sock) on the fuel pump in the fuel tank.

I know the parts stores list a fuel filter for D2s. I have been trying for the past year to get the catalog error fixed. I even took the Wix filter rep to my vehicle to show him there is nothing beside the fuel tank like the catalog lists.

Why do you think you need to change the fuel filter? Are you having running issues?

I was reading this post hoping that I can easily swap the fuel filter in my 2000 D2. Looks like the answer is no? My problem is D2 starts, but I have to keep my foot on the gas, or it will drop below 1000 rpm and quickly stall out. Recently I ran it close to empty, and thinking that the filter got stuff in it. Thought I have low fuel pressure due to a clogged fuel filter.
Is it easy to swap the fuel filter?
Any other ideas on how to this problem...
