Default fuel injection

On discovery 2 year 2000. Wht type of fuel injection is on the 4.0

All DII's have Bosch engine management.

I cnt seem 2 find the fuel relay switch 2 decompress the fuel pressure. The rave states its on the firewall dnt see it

its underneath the fuel rail.

Let me guess your vehicle turns over but won't start. If it does that then it most likely needs a crank shaft position sensor. If you think it still needs a fuel pump then jump the relay and listen for the pump.

It starts I'm getn ready 2 disassemble tha heads

Just pull the fuel pump fuse from the fuse box with the engine running.
Once it stalls turn the key off and put the fuse back.
