Default fuel pressure

i've been trying to figure out why i'm losing a power from 0-30ish and my idle is jumpy. key on psi is 38 and when it's running it's 28. that's low isn't it? also, it doesn't seem to lose power around the time the temp guage starts rising too high. does this make sense to anyone. oh yeah, when i first start it up in the morning i've got a high idle...1500-2000 rpms.
all the diy's i've done. changed stepper motor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, seafoamed, cleaned throttle body, replaced water pump, replaced thermostat, replaced vacuum hoses. any thoughts would help. thanks

i'm going to hear today. i finally took it to a pro. couldn't figure it out myself. the stalling they are saying is from bad catalytic converters. i think they are calling them clogged. they've got the high idle down to a few sensors and still narrowing it down. man this problem has been a beast. hopefully a simple fix, but since there were never any codes, kind of hard to nail down. i'll know something later today and post. seems like a bunch of people have had this high idle problem.
