Correct. Haven't install new Fuel Pump or Fuel Filter Yet.

Ok, so the weak pump cannot push the gas through the clogged filter.
FYI, a clogged fuel filter will overwork the fuel pump and can shorten its life.
I repalce my fuel filter once a year and coat the threads with anti-seize.
