you need to find out if you have power and ground at your pump, if so, the pump is bad, if not it could be the fuse, the inertia switch, the relay or any of the related wiring, cam sensor will not cause no fuel pump opperation, just no injecter opperation until it defaults and runs off the crank signal... anyway, get a testlight and a wiring diagram, and see what you have

Default engine starts and die p1230

Dear all,

My disco II 1999, runs for a certain time and dies, i have to wait for 1 hour and start the engine again.

The error coed coming from the machine is p1230, where do i locate this fuel pump relay in order to remove and replace it?

replaced the crank sensor
