I drive a 1998 Discovery I 4.0L LE with advanced evaps.
I traded for mine from Craigslist. I used to drive a 1998 Nissan Maxima.

When I bought it, it drove for about a month before it died at a stoplight. I immediately traced it down to the fuel pump.

After much searching, the only fix I found was apparently to replace the entire housing that encases the fuel pump. Which I still see as a fix for it on here.

I removed and disassemble the housing and removed the pump. I replaced it with an aftermarket pump meeting the same specs as the original. I also fixed my non functioning gas gauge by reattaching the small wire that was broken. I reassemble the housing and reinstalled and it has been working flawlessly for over a year now.

I cant remember the website I bought the pump from, but it was $81 with delivery. way cheaper than any D1 fuel pump housing I have ever seen. And it was super easy to do.
