Default Fun afternoon in Olympic National Forest

Just had a fun afternoon rambling around forest service roads making notes of campsites and other interesting things. Nothing “hardcore” or anything but pretty wet and slick, I went up one hill just to see if I could do it and the D2 just ate it up like it was nothing. I also had the opportunity to use my recovery strap for the first time to pull out an F-150 which had slid in to a ditch, I hooked it up, put it in low range and pulled it out no problem. I was happy to help the guy, apparently it had just happened before I stumbled upon him and he was afraid he would be stuck there for hours! I might have to rig up some limb risers that I can take on and off, there was lots of growth hitting my roof lights, RTT, and HAM antenna but it didn’t seem to do any damage.
