Default Fuse 33 blows

So, fuse 33, 10 Amp in passenger compartment. It blows all the time, once I had the dash door open and saw a spark. The strange this is that the front windows stop working when the fuse does blow.
33 supposed to be trailer wiring, radio, rh side and tail lights, and switch illumination. All of these work when the fuse is blown. It seems that pressing the window switch causes the fuse to blow. Which makes no sense.

My plan was to take the fuse box out and inspect it. But upon further research it seems the issue may not be obvious once I get it out. The only possible thing that may not be working would be the right hand tail lights. Or, does the rh designation mean that on right hand drive cars the the tail and side lights are on fuse 33?

Any other ideas before i tear apart the fuse box?

Thanks
