Passenger Compartment Fuse Puller
I popped open the fuse box cover in the passenger compartment and didn't see an easy-to-grab fuse puller.
Maybe a prior owner misplaced it??
What does the LR version look like and is it just snapped in to the fuse panel?

Mine is red plastic; sits in a hole at the top left corner of the fuse box by the driver's knees. Yours may have fallen out and got lost.
