Default FYI Discovery Owners

So I was over at the Land Rover dealership today having my truck serviced and the tech mentioned to me that on the Discovery's there was a bulletin sent out about there being some reported problems with leaking coming from the front passenger side windshield. He didn't say specifically on which years, mine is an 04, but because it's a manufacturer's defect there repairing the seal for free. I have a really nice tech there so he's also going to do the left side for me as well, no charge. Anyone who has a Discovery, especially '03 or '04 may want to call their local Land Rover dealership and inquire about this - especially anyone in the Toronto area! Check your interior roof for water marks, and even if it isn't leaking doesn't hurt to have the seals replaced for free!

I just called my local Land Rover dealer in Tacoma and gave him my model ('01 SE Disco II) and VIN number. He said no recalls or bulletins for my particular year and model.

Did your local dealer in Toronto say it was just '03-'04 specific?

Thanks!

He didn't say what year it was but mine is an 04. The dealership ordered the part and sealant for me so when I go back next week I will find out and post it for everyone. If anyone is in the Toronto area and wants to call them I listed the dealership number below. Hope that helps.
