Default Generic snorkels?

Is anyone making generic snorkels for the D2? I did a quick google search and only found home built ones or the $500 Safari ones. With my 80 series Land Cruiser there were a few options for generic ones that only cost about $60 on Amazon. The only issue myself and other people on the forum ran into was the drilling template was a little off but the snorkel has held up well to the sun and branches. I would like to have a snorkel because a couple sections of the trail I like to drive flood in the spring and are far deeper than the 20" of wading depth the stock D2 are rated for and even when I do a lift and bigger tires would make me nervous. The river by the same trail was deep enough to get water washing over the hood of my lifted 80 series the last time I was up there so I would like to play it safe.

I'd rather have a kit.

There are a few generic ones on eBay around $200. Most require drilling into some part of the fender. If you check overseas, there are some mantec ones for under $300.

there are two links for you. The paddock spares carries the mantec which is used on the G4 challenge and they ship to the us from the U.K. The rocky road one carries the arb on and are us based and run around $330

Im not sure if its true that those tubing are steel and get rusted easily. If you are planning to make it yourself, it will cost you a bit less than mantic. Im not sure if a 3 inch tubing will fit inside the fender, but if it does, we are all set having custom snorkel at a better price and material.
