Getting Codes
Getting these repeat codes plus some misfire codes. The misfire codes I’m getting are all even numbers and random. I just changed out both coil packs, all new plug wires and plugs. Anyone have any ideas?

A bad upstream O2 sensor can cause misfires on all the cylinders on one bank. It's happened with my truck.
The fact that your truck is throwing lean codes for both banks (P0171, P0174, P1171, P1174) indicates a vacuum leak. The P1590 is typically a side effect of the Three Amigos and likely not relevant to the misfires.
