Default Going to replace my front T/C output flange..should I replace the bearing?

Or can I? Have 1/16 of play going up and down 12 to 6 oclock and drive train tech says I need a bearing at my output shaft. This is my secound post on this and have searched high and low. Don't have access to my Rave at the moment and need to order parts. Already ordered my flange kit. Thanks...just trying to cure a small vibration.

Does this look like the correct procedure and part number? Found at Discoweb.
