T-case front output bearing.

T-case front output bearing.
So today I noticed I have about .050" of play at the front output flange, wiggling 12 and 6 o'clock. ( used a dial gauge).
I have a few questions. Are the bearings lubricated by the t-case oil? I just developed a leak in my t-case and it was a bit low, I added about half a liter.
Next question, where can I get a bearing and seal kit for the output flange?
And last question, I have been looking at different options to add CDL and am now thinking if I need to replace the front output bearing I might as well go for the whole front housing CDL kit from toddco.
Anybody have any experience with this kit?
Also anybody out there installed the part-time 2wd fulltime 4wd adapter from toddco?
Seems to me that could save a fair amount of mpg not having to turn the front drive train all the time.
PS. I did my front prop shaft about a month ago, my leak showed up about three weeks ago along with a very slight vibrating felt in the seat between 30 and 45 mph. The leak is where the front output housing meets the main housing.
Thanks guys.

First, if you have a leak then the flange probably got loose and then cut a cut on itself, If that is the case just buy a replacement flange.
What year id your Disco?
Also, don't waste your money on that 2 wheel conversion, there is no benefit to using it.
As for Toddco, find a better place to buy parts, their customer service is terrible and so are their prices. Depending on the style of shifter you want, you can buy a D1 shifter for around $150 or the cable type for around $200 and the CDL nose assembly for for under $200 used and guaranteed.

I have an 02 SE.who would be a good supplier for the CDL noes assembly Would Paul Grant be able to supply CDL housing . I think 2wd adapter would be great! Unless going off road you wouldn't be turning almost 500lbs of drive train. Sound like mpg savings to me. I might fab up my own CDL leaver. I always liked the look of the older series land rovers with 3 gear shifters.

I bet you will not find another person on this forum that has ever tried to convert to the 2 wheel adapter. The front diff will always be turning up to the t/case. There are a number of things that $319 might be well spent on.
Yes, call Paul, he should be able to supply the parts you need.
Have you seen the CDL conversion at the top of this section in Josh's write up?
