Default Goining to plugs an wires got a question

I hear a lot about water getting into the plug caps at the plug and the coil pack. What if you were to put a dab of dielectric grease on those points? Just a thought, what do you guys think?

Sorry for my ignorance, but would a NAPA or Autozone carry this? I'm doing plugs and wires today.

Pretty much any local car place or even like home depot should carry dielectric grease.
