Default got a few codes - p0430, p1415, p1174, p0174, p0150

I was throwing a code before for the purge valve thing, the one that you just tighten the gas cap it goes away. That code disappeared for a few days but then came back, and I didn't think about it because I figured it was the same code. Anyways, I had them pulled after replacing the purge valve when it didn't go away and I got a whole bunch of codes.

p1415 - air system bank 1 fault
p1174 - fuel trim adaptation additive bank 1 malfunction
p0174 - bank 2 system too lean
p0150 - heated O2 sensor - bank 2 sensor 1 sensor range/performance condition
p0430 - catalyst efficiency

I'm not too worried about the last two, because I figure i'm getting too much fuel, maybe, and that's making the O2 sensor and cat go bad.

Any ideas?

Other info - it seems to have a small oil leak, not too bad. I also put some borla exhaust on a few months ago. It runs just fine. The fuel economy doesn't seem to be any more horrible than normal. The idle when i'm stopped feels a tiny, tiny bit rough, but that could just be the exhaust. It's hardly noticeable.

Thanks

The 174 is for bank 2 not bank 1. The reason for the 174 and 430 is a bad 02. bank 2 sensor 1. How many miles on the truck and when was it last tuned?
I think the 1174 may go away when you replace the 02's.

about 90K miles, and I don't know when it was tuned last. I've only had it for a few months. i'm looking to put some of those magnacor wires on it though.

I wonder if this is the culprit -

https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resi...AqnS3UWpEyXmvg

It's a heat shield that was loose and just laying on top of the oxygen sensor on the right side. I bet it fell off and the sensor went bad. I'm going to reattach it and replace the sensor and see what happens.

also, any idea where the heat shield goes?

Personally, I would be looking into the 1415 code first, as that is for the SAI system, which if that valve were to fail, it can easily cause all the other fault codes to trip.
