Got it last year, finally did some work
I got my 2002 Discovery last year as a second vehicle. She has honestly been a dream, no problems at all, the first owner had it for 11 years and took great care of it. I however got it as a desert toy to go out and enjoy nature with. I just installed a 2" Terra Firma lift, BP Utah front drive shaft and 5 new Falken Rocky Mountain ATS II 275/65r18 tires. The tires are on the cheap side but i am really impressed with them so far on their sand/rock performance. The reviews online have all been pretty good as well. We don't get much mud and almost no snow out here so those aren't an issue for me.
I also flipped the tire carrier to make room for the spare. I trimmed the front bumper a bit just in case, but the truck feels great. I took her on the trails near my favorite lake here in AZ and no rubbing at all. Here is the result of all the work. I haven't done the CDL transfer case swap yet, but it's doing so well on the terrain I frequent I really don't think it's necessary. Now I need a roof rack
Here she is day 1-

After the lift, shaft and tires-

Thanks! I was thinking of 265/65r18's but saw the difference was only 1/2". I don't mind the little trimming I had to do, especially since it's not a DD. 275/65r18's fit great with the 2" lift
