also how much does land rover charge to check/turn of the TC, Hill decent, and ABS lights?

 

I believe 1590 deals with the tres amigos...

 

Also with all those lights lit up you definitely have the three amigos

 

First, you can't just turn of the lights, you have a 3 amigo issue that must first be diagnosed then fixed before turn off the lights.
As for the 4402 code, I think you read that one wrong, I don't believe there is such a code for a D2.
