Default Front two o2 codes still lingering, any ideas?

I had 5 oxygen sensor codes, but after replacing all 4 o2's, i'm down to just the front two codes (0134, 0153). Front two were replaced (AB sensors) about a week before replacing the manifold to y-pipe gaskets (was missing 3 of 6 total studs between the two sides and the gaskets were toast).

Anything else that could throw these codes? I do believe the front two aren't working properly either way, because I get around 8 mpg's these days and it smells like it running a little rich or something.

Thanks in advance.

First, check all you connections, clean and seal. If they are both throwing codes, then I would contact the supplier and get them replace under warranty. Both codes are for different issues so I don't think you have 1 problem causing 2 different codes.

Thanks Mike, I got them both from AB (well all 4 at the same time), so I don't expect any problem getting them replaced.

I did clean the area and connection and used that CRC electric cleaner stuff as well...maybe just not good enough? I'll let you know when I get the new ones if it solved the problem.
