I just replaced my interior grab handles. They're BMW parts, pretty inexpensive. This is for beige:

This is great info. I spent a couple years trying to find ones from a junkyard that weren't decaying. On all of my D2's, the plastics on these grab handles start to crumble and fall apart.

 

These look a little more on the brown-side of beige rather than the whiter tone the Disco handles are. Can you post photos of the ones you got installed? Might just be the product photos looking off to me.

 

Wow, thanks for sharing this, trying to source new or not-trashed grab handles has been a thorn in my brain for years. Even explored 3D printing options. This is amazing!

Went ahead and just bought the 3 options to see what the colors looked like.- From back to front

Stock (old)
51168203992 - Beige definitely shade more brown than original, but close.
51168203991 Grey / touch of blue
51168203993 - grey/touch of brown

 

That's a great comparison. I just assumed it was the original color and that mine had decayed and discolored!
