trying to remove grill on 2002Disco, can get the 3 screws ontop no problem but it will not come out? any ideas

 

I removed one in the salvage yard by taking off the three screws you found, plus removing both front turn signal lamps, which revealed a single screw on each side that holds a piece of trim in place on each side of the bottom of the grille. I got mine from a green Disco, and it went back on my black one, had to rattle can spray the bottom rail to match color. I believe the lenses come out with some sort of spring connector that you can see if looking straight down with the hood open.
