Default grommets for rear bumper cover

I took off the rear bumper cover to inspect the metal underneath. was quite surprised at how good of shape it was.

There were 8 or so round plastic snap grommets that hold the exterior bumper cover to the underside heavier guage plastic.
Several had broken.

Where can a feller buy these?

You’re talking about the “tread plate” on top of the bumper ? The thing that stays on the car after you remove the stock bumper? They’re plastic rivets... still avail new from JLR last time I checked too btw.

no, the main cover piece that fastens to the inner bumper plastic. I believe Rovers north has them. they are called "scrivets". I just drilled out the nubs and
put body push pins in. Seems to be fine. They are hidden under that top black trim piece anyway.

You could probably find something similar at a local auto parts store.

You certainly can. NAPA is where I got them for my rear bumper.
