Question How to remove front bumper plastic cover ?

Hello.
Do I have to remove it with the whole metal bumper behind the plastic cover ? Unclear at RAVE, seems the whole bumper is the only subject.
How to do it instead of just by hammer shattering it to pieces and sweep the floor ? It is so brittle that would be a quick "operation"

I've removed the pre-facelift bumper a dozen times and it's also, basically, just unbolt from the metal bumper carrier, but yes, there's (weak) adhesive on the center area that needs to be pulled free (not a big deal). I always replace it with a line of caulking when reinstalling.

if your pre-facelift bumper is very fragile/brittle, I little heat in the center will loosen that adhesive for removal.
