Wouldn't have done you an iota of good even if you have. A rock fell off a lowboy semi while I was passing it, bounced off the road and took out one of my lights. Georgia law says that if it hits the road first, the trucker isn't responsible.
The deputy who came out to my house said the only way I might have gotten the trucking company to pay is if I pulled over the semi and took photos of the dirt and stuff on the lowboy. Yeah, like I'm going to try to force a semi to the shoulder with my Discovery.
