Default Hard Brakes...still

Got a DII and it had very hard brakes...they do get better after being used some. Once it sits, they stiffen up again, only rolls to stop over several feet.

I put new pads on, new front rotors (haven't done rears yet). Fluid is topped off. No warning lights. Still feels the same. Truck has 52,000 miles on it.

Is this likely to be a booster problem or is there something else I can check?

thanks

I'd disconnect the ABS kit to rule it out. If there's no change, start looking at the booster.

ABS will not cause this problem. I would suggest you or a mechanic test for a bad booster and or master cylinder.
