has anyone installed HID Conversion kit on DISCO II?
has anyone installed a HID conversion kit on their disco II?
if so, is there enough room for the ballasts behind the headlamps?
i'm not talking about just replacing a bulb, but actual conversion kit for true HID lights (similar to the range rover)

Are these legit HID lights? I thought it was always a several thousand dollar process. Do you have any pics of how it looks?
Anybody else have experience w/ these?

Is the install pretty easy? I noticed the ballasts... do they tuck away somewhere? Also, I guess this is different that Xenon. Do you simply just install these bulbs in the existing bulb housing?
These HID kits are VERY cheaply made and can be even worse then stock lighting in some cases. Be aware of these companies, do some research. HIDPlanet.com explains everything so no need to flame my reply.
With the reflectors we have in the low beams they should be great there ... I've installed several sets with these configurations and they work well with a nice beam and lighting
for the high beams I'd be worried that the raw bulbs would not give a good beam ... I've seen poor lighting and beams from these type of set ups
