Default Has anyone installed this yourself?

I found this muffler on the internet for $130 delivered.

Bosal 211-381 Central Silencer

I have a 1998 Range Rover 4.0 SE and the muffler is falling apart at the two points where the muffler connects with the pipe at both ends. The weld joints at both ends are split open.

Has anyone else had success with replacing the muffler at the factory flange bolts?

Yes, I bought the same one. It took maybe 20 mins. I had to cut my old bolts off and that was the hardest part.

Where did you get the replacement bolts?

Are there gaskets needed at each end that I need to pick up?

Thanks

Yes there are gaskets. I ordered them when I got muffler. The bolts I just got at the local hardware store.
