Default Has Anyone Relocated the Windshield Washer Bottle?

Hi Everyone,

Has any relocated their washer bottle? Mine's hanging out in the air after installing a new bumper and I don't want to paint the washer bottle either. I know of universal kits but wanted to see if anyone has done this on their rig...

Any and all information is greatly appreciated!

Washer bottle has 3 pumps on it, makes it hard to go after market. Most that I have seen, have been located back near the SAI pump area.

Go to the "Tech" tab at the top, scroll down to "Washer Bottle Relocation" and there is a DIY write up.

I got a relocation kit from HiCountry Offroad. It's basically a D90 bottle that you relocate to a spot just behind the battery box. Unfortunately, while trying to hunt down this part for a link for you, it seems that HiCountry's web store is now directing to 911diapers.com or some junk like that. I'm assuming they're officially out of business.

Anywhoo, I did find this option for you, if it does turn out that you have SAI, like I do. Looks like a great option!

Best of luck! Let us know what you end up with as a solution!

For those with aftermarket front steel bumpers. I just relocated my washer bottle to the air box located. This is the easiest way to move the washer bottom up in to the engine bay. All the hoses and 3 electrical connectors pull up out of the grommet into the engine bay and hook up nicely. I have a 2003 HSE with headlight washers so I have 3 pumps to contend with. You can trim down the fill tube and shorten it and reattach the shorten segments with PVC pipe cement. I will include some pictures, soon.
My cold air intake filter now rests its end on the wash reservoir. I has to remove the 45 degree curve it had.
But I do like it now the wash bottle does not stick down below my bumper anymore.
This setup is probably is not an option for most people without a dwinch bumper and CAI.
