Default Has anyone upgraded their steering wheel to a newer design??

I added aftermarket TPMS yesterday. Looking for a new project for my Disco II. Does anyone know if any of the newer model Land Rover / Range Rover steering wheels fit?? Thanks.

I don't understand. What advantage(s) would a new steering wheel offer?

Maybe it’s just aesthetics. Going from a D1 wheel to a D2 wheel brings the promise of steering mounted stereo controls. If you could fit an Lr4 wheel and add in the electronics, you could theoretically add in a heated steering wheel. My wife uses the heck out of her heated wheel...

Just looking for a fun project. The previous owner duct taped the horn buttons on because I guess they were falling off. It’s not the most attractive fix. Other than that, It’s been running great. No warning lights. Even gets decent gas mileage in my opinion. I recently added the backup camera and a new bluetooth and iPhone dual mirror stereo. Just looking for something else to do.
