Default having trouble diagnosing a leak

so today is the day I'm replacing my already leaking and very infamous throttle body deicer. it's been leaking so badly that when I stop after running the car it sprays coolant out on the the valve cover and down onto the exhaust manifold.

now here's where my trouble lies. I'm second guessing myself a bit which could just be me over exaggerating but nonetheless after the last time I ran the car and inspected the leak I could most definitely see coolant coming from the deicer being blown. but I'm thinking that once I replace this if it's still leaking in the same manner it could be the intake manifold gasket that has blown. not for certain but maybe a possibility. the car runs fine with no leaks while driving. only right after I turn the engine off do I see all of the coolant leak out. thoughts? opinions?
