Head Gasket job

Default Head Gasket job
Should i replace both head gaskets while i'm doing one side? The motor looks clean and it has 116k on it.

Yes... the reason being your inlet manifold might not sit right if one gasket is thicker than the other and for the same reason you have both heads machined at the same time.
