Ok guys, let me know if this is folly.

I need to have the rovers locks working so I can get to my tools, so I need the battery hooked up. I can quick disconnect it when I work on it, but when done re connect and lock.

I think what I need to do is pull the fuel pump relay, and also wrap the positive cable to the Alternator in electrical tape. Position it out of the way and not near ground.

Should that do it?

1. I would love to know when you guys use anti-seize and what product. I've got the grey, copper, and grease to use.

2. I would also want to know when you guys use threadlocker.

I plan on following Rave so that may answer my questions for me, but your input would be awesome.

I use the grey/silver stuff for anti-seize. Copper is more for brake pads iirc.

i don’t use threadlocker stuff to often but when I do it’s usuallt the blue not the red.

I don’t think there is much of anything that needs thread locker for a HG job

On ebay, search for, land rover discovery bosch fuel injectors.
You'll get several choices, with good returns and extended warranties.
I saw $65, $80, and $90 a set, depending on seller.
Hey Sixpack, did you need any new o rings washers or clips when you changed your injectors?

No sir,
Remanufactured injectors came with new o-rings.
Metal clips are reusable, and new injectors are a direct replacement.
You don't need anything else.

Lol,
It's finally trying to warm up here.
I've spent the winter collecting parts, and fixing small things.
Now I have to get motivated and put it all back together.
