Thanks for offering your help, but I have since fixed the problem. It seems that both my front O2 sensors did not fully latch into the connector during installation. And somehow the one of the rear ones jiggled loose.
I cleared the codes with a scanner and it eliminated all of them except the one that is cause by the 3 amigos.
The engine has never sounded better! My guess is that during the first start up after the rebuild the misfire codes registered due to a lack of fuel in the lower manifold.
Also feel a HUGE power increase with those new plugs and wires (to all the Bosch naysayers)
