Default Head gaskets look ok

On my way home one day, I noticed My engine temp was way high. Found a dry coolant expansion tank and chocolate milk oil. Figured it was a head gasket

Got everything tore down and to my eye, the gaskets look ok. Do you see anything? The corner that is broken and bent I’m pretty sure was done when I removed everything.

Also, how do my pushrods look to you?

My next concern is a timing chain gasket or cracked block

agree, nothing obvious on the gaskets.

1) Are All liners level with the deck?

2) if coolant got into a cylinder from head gasket leak, the affected spark plug will have brown residue on it.....will point you to involved cylinder

3) hope it is not the block! (miles? type of block?)

Pushrods are hollow for oil flow.
Make sure they're clear and not gummed up.

Disco pushrods are not hollow - they are on sbc and LS engine, but Discos are solid on the ends (hollow if you cut them in half, but the ends are closed).
