Default Headlight issue

Hi All!

I searched the boards for some advice on an issue I am having with my headlights ('00 Disco II) but came up empty. Hopefully you all can help me out.

My Issue:

Driver Side main lamp only works with high beams, no driver side fog lamp, yet the city light works fine. I swapped the bulb thinking it may have been the issue, nothing. I swapped the fuse, again, nothing. I even jiggled the harness/connectors behind the lights (recommendation on a thread here) and still, nothing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Get a meter & see if you even have 12v at the light. Sometimes those H4/9003 connectors can fail or corrode. Using a metet will tell you very quickly if you have 12v at the light or not.

I finally had a chance to meter the connectors. I get 12v on both driver and passenger in high beam and 12v passenger 11.3v driver at normal. I swapped the fuse and it didn't change anything. Any suggestions?? I seem to be doing more head scratching than anything else at this point
