Headlights stayin on

I have a 96 disco and I am having an issue with the headlights staying on all the time. Can someone give me a clue where to look. I have already pulled the fuse for the lights but they still stay on.

I am pretty sure there are 2 separate fuses for the headlights ( right and left), I would look into the switch if this is a new problem.
