Question should I replace all the ABS sensors when I repalce the rotars and pads etc. on a 2000 Disco II?

It isn't necessary. If you still have an ABS fault, have someone with a rover scanner read the codes. They are about $100 a piece, and you onle need to replace them if they go bad.

its a pain and you need to be able to do some wiring if you replace them. the sensor design has been updated and now is wired directly to the ecu, no connector two feet away anymore... and yeah, there is no reason to replace them unless they go bad, and to tell you the truth, they really dont go bad too often, just a bad connection, hence the new style sensor

I just cleaned mine when I did rotors and pads. Liberal amount of brake cleaner.

Do your self a huge favor and let sleeping dogs lie, you will have plenty of opportunity to fight with the ABS when it is acting up in the future.
