Can anyone provide the length/width I need for headliner replacement? Thanks in advance!

I cannot, but I can recommend that you paint it instead.

I'm thinking about it but want to check fabric options too. I saw that someone said 64" wide once. Maybe 3 yards long?

You'll need 3.0 metres x 1.60 metres which allows for wrap over plus a bit. You'll also need approx 2-4 cans of 3M or similar hi temp spray adhesive depending how lavishly you use it. I used nearly 3# cans on mine. The foam backed material and spray kits are on Ebay. Plan your work first and do it on a windless day preferably inside a garage, clean the headliner down well and don't rush it but don't dawdle once you've applied the spray adhesive to the material. Have fun, good luck.
