Default Land Rover Discovery in Movies

Interesting. After I saw a post on Facebook about a disco in the movies, I started to Google my truck which I remember buying from an actor in Conneticut. Well, I was surprised finding her picture.

I moved the fog lights on the roof rack and disposed the rubber bush guard coz its weathered bad.

Still have the Army sticker but removed the wheel cover coz its crusty already.

That's pretty cool, man. I bought mine from a struggling musician here in Memphis. Four or five years later she was the musical guest on the David Letterman Show.

I bought mine from Debbie who lived in Dallas. She said she was in the movies.

All I know is there seems to be a fair amount discoloration on the headliner, seats, cargo area, dashboard, and glove box.

Liam Neeson's character drove one in the movie Love Actually, which the movie itself is a bit cheesy but I have a lady friend who insists on it every Christmas. I'm trying to remember another one where they drove a similarly packaged DII in a very metro area and my father was laughing it off saying "why on earth would you need that vehicle in such a dense city??". I defended it, saying it was the best SUV on the road and he didn't really argue. Have you watched any of The Grand Tour? They've been stripping Discos down to their chassis/drivetrain and making funny things out of them. It's pretty entertaining.
