My Indy shop already turned on the heated windshield timer for me….
unfortunately when I pulled the blank switch button there was no wiring harness plugged into it. Interestingly enough the two other blank switches for the fuel door release button and the rear air suspension did have wiring harnesses plugged in…. So out of curiosity, I want to my 2003 HSE and pulled the blank button for the front windshield and there was a wiring harness attached, however there was no wiring attached to the blank fuel door release button CRAZY! 😂
Did you pull the entire switch pod out? When I added to my ‘04 a while back, this is what it looked like with the blank in there:
Also, you’ve got a Nanocom or the like to do the programming, correct?
I did not pull the entire switch pod out. How did you get that out of there? My last hope is maybe that it was never plugged in or maybe It came unplugged and is hanging around back there.
I got the pod out and that windshield plug is literally the only one that is not plugged in and the only one that’s not coming out of the wiring loom…. Bummer.
Check the reply I put in to your thread. I think you might have to pull the entire center fascia to look for it. Again, I bet it’s there and just hidden.
