Hey guys, I have an o3 disco that has a heater fuse 40amp under the hood but all other fuses are good. I noticed some time ago that my driver seat did not heat up. I changed the fuse but it blew within minutes, so I just left it. However everything else worked just fine. Now I noticed both seats don't heat up, cigarette lighter is not working, and wipers not working. I check all the fuses under steering wheel and they are good. Could this be a short under my driver seat that is causing everything else to not work? Is their a relay or fuse that connects all of these together that I can check.

The funny not so funny thing is that everything worked regardless of the driver seat heater fuse being blown.
