Default Heated Seats

I ordered the heated seat activation kit from AB, and when I installed them the passenger seat heated right up, but the drivers side is not working...any ideas? I was wondering if maybe there was a fuse for the seat or something that I can check or if this is a common problem? Any helpful ideas would be great...thanks!

You may have a bad heater element, a bad fuse under the driver seat or a dirty connection.

Is there any way for me to decipher between those three? Where should I look?

Sure, the fuse is under the seat, there are connections under the seat and the heat element has to be removed from under the leather seat cover to inspect it.
Might also use a test probe to see if there is any current coming from the switch to the seat when pushing the button.
