Default Heater core?

A bit cold and I turned the heater on going home and its blowing cold air instead. If its the heater core? and if its clogged, will it over heat? Im near my house when it happened. No further test made yet and its dark out. Thanks

Probably an air pocket. Bleed again then try back flushing the core if the bleed doesn't work. Watch your temps! Good luck!

Sounds like what I ran into.

Check my Tricky Dick thread for what I did

https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...hot-air-83856/

Mine never over heated but, it did cause Tricky Dick to run about 10 degrees hotter than what I am running now.

Also note, I did the back flush and while it did get some stuff out, I had to remove the heater core and replace due to amount of garbage in it.

X1 ........... try backflushing also using a powerful garden hose. Heater matrix are infamous for clogging up with debris and calcium.
