Default Help

After a short trip to the store I and having a problem with my 04/D2. The engine will turn over but will not catch, also while cranking, the engine sounds like she is flooded/bound up. Another symptom is the brake peddle is rock hard, this is not normal for my truck. Please, any help, ideas, or snide remarks. Thanks

Turning over, but not firing sure sounds like your CKPS. When they go out the engine will turn over, but since it can't detect the crank spinning it doesn't allow fuel or spark.

64.00 at Auto Zone will get you an OEM Bosch Replacement in a Duralast box.

The brake pedal is rock hard because the engine isn't running yet.
